There are only small seasonal offers in the park. Buy groceries and refuel in Redding, Red Bluff, Chester or Susanville.

The selection in the park is limited. Chester and the places around Lake Almanor offer restaurants and supermarkets.

Practical tips

The Parkstrasse often opens completely late in the year.

Stay strict on the way in hydrothermal areas.

Also take warm clothes in summer.
