In Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms there are supermarkets, gas stations and small outdoor shops. The park itself is very limited.

Joshua Tree Coffee Company, Crossroads Café and Kitchen in the Desert in Twentynine Palms are popular addresses in the area.

Practical tips
Reserve popular campgrounds early.
In summer, long hiking tours are unsuitable due to extreme heat.
Fill up water and fuel before the driveway.
Our recommendation
Stay at least two nights and experience the park early in the morning, at sunset and under the starry sky. Then Joshua Tree shows all its effect.
