Our travel website

Rolling Dreams is José and Andreia’s personal travel website. Public pages share our guides and selected journey updates. Private planning details and booking references are not part of the public journey feed.

Google driving times

When we request driving times in our private planner, the starting point, destination and any intermediate stops are sent to Google’s Routes service. The app does not send our journal, booking references or vehicle profile with those requests, and it does not automatically track our location.

Google’s returned times and distances are displayed during the current page session. They are not saved to our trip database or offline trip packs. The planner stores request counts and timestamps to limit use. Opening a Google Maps link takes you to Google, where Google’s own privacy practices apply.

Weather warnings

Weather checks use the destination or driving-route coordinates selected in the planner. The app does not request or track the phone’s location. Exact private locations, personal permission dates and saved scenarios are not included in the public journey feed.

Warning checks send selected coordinates to the US National Weather Service or Environment and Climate Change Canada. Driving-corridor checks use temporary points from the Google route geometry. These weather results and route geometry are displayed for the current session, not stored in the trip database. Warning checks run when requested under “Where next?” or for a driving route. Official phone emergency alerts are a separate phone service.

Hosting and contact

The website uses hosting and security services provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. These services process technical connection information to deliver and protect the website. Email links open your email application; messages you choose to send go to us through our email provider.
