Why go
Vancouver unites big city, Pacific and mountains in close proximity. Stanley Park, Granville Island and the North Shore make a varied city stop while the team stays better outside of the center.
The stop is intended as a quiet stage. The Fifth Wheel remains on a suitable basis if possible, while narrow local, coastal and park roads are only explored with the pickup truck.

Practical tips
Don't hit the city center with the team.
Plan generously bridge and traffic jam times.
Do not leave valuables visible in the vehicle.
Save offline maps. In rural regions, national parks and in the north, mobile communications can be missing over long distances.
Never take water untested from lakes or rivers into the fresh water tank. Replenish drinking water only at released sources or prepare it professionally.

Stay several nights at an ÖV-suitable base. Thus, city, coast and North Shore can be connected without daily change of place.
